There are days that nothing helps my back pain other than laying on this thing for 5 minutes! Saved my trip over the holidays. I got thisTheraPad recently and have been using it and it works great. First off I have seen a few reviews saying it was hard to adjust. No, it’s not, it’s easy to adjust you just have to brace one side of it. It’s got 3 adjustable levels. It's an easy one you figure out how to do it the first time. This works great it helps bend your back in a way you don’t normally bend it. Overall a nice back stretcher that will help with your back pain. I would recommend it.

This works great and is very sturdy! I let my co-worker who suffers back pain borrow it! Until now he hasn’t given it back, lol. He said he’s been using it every night and it helps him a lot! I have been looking for something like this for a while to help me stretch my lower back. I have L5-L6 lumbar issues due to some boulding discs from my pro basketball days that I must keep a close eye on, keep it strong, and definitely stretched.
I have tried several things to help me stretch, but nothing has been super consistent, this unit does a good job at delivering the same experience each time which is nice as I know what to expect. It has been doing a pretty good job thus far. Recommended.

I have back and spine issues. I thought I’d try this. It works great. It stretches my back out, if I move up or down to adjust where my back hits it on certain areas I can get some areas to pop to give me relief. Also, as I’m thinking about it now, since I’ve been using this, I haven’t had the extreme burning I had daily like I did prior. Definitely recommend.

I have had chronic low back pain for decades and have had to get a steroid injection in the past. It's so crazy how laying on this for only 5 minutes can make a HUGE difference!! I try to make a point doing it daily for 5mins and on days when I feel like I might be having back issues I lay on it for 15mins I have not had any issues since this!!!

I tried it on the floor, at my 58, it is a nice stretch; but I prefer it and feel even better by leaning on it during computer work, so there it now stays :) It is an amazing back support if you work and sit in the computer chair for hours. I may buy another one for the floor and for the office at work.

I love it, its affordable, the shipping was quick, I have spinal problems so my back hurts a lot. This has helped me with when I get really back pains. I just lay on it and watch Netflix until the pain is gone.

I roll my back after working out but for the mornings this is a good way to stretch it out before going to work. Defiantly recommend this product for anyone suffering from lower back pain or slouching pain.

Great find! Definitely think it’s worth having. I definitely feel much better in the spine having it rather than not.
